Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using StyleAI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StyleAI on your iPhone for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

3. Subscriptions

StyleAI Pro is available as a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) auto-renewing subscription. Both include a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Charges are applied to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Free trial converts to paid subscription after 7 days unless canceled beforehand
No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

4. Your Content

All wardrobe photos and data you create in StyleAI belong to you and are stored only on your device. We claim no ownership over your content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use StyleAI to: violate any laws; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code; use the App in ways that could harm other users or third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

StyleAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated within the App.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
